About this cartoon: Donald Trump, whose administration has been the focus of multiple investigations into ties with Russia and Russian meddling with the 2016 election, decided to fire his FBI Director, James Comey, in a fairly obvious bid to derail the investigations despite earlier praise for Comey. To make matters worse, he allowed Justice Department officials to offer various excuses for the firing before admitting himself that it was about the Russia investigation, opening himself up to charges of obstruction of justice.
